Whether you're a beginner looking to start running or an experienced runner aiming to improve performance. Coach Omar will work closely with you to design a comprehensive training program that takes into account factors such as your athletic background, schedule, fitness goals injury history, and preferences.

Strength Coaching

Strength coaching focuses on helping you become a stronger, healthier, and well-rounded athlete by improving your strength, speed, and power.​

 

Coach Michael will work closely with you to design a comprehensive strength training program that compliments your running regime. This strength program takes into account factors such as your athletic background, schedule, fitness goals, injury history, and preferences.

Coaching Tiers Explained

  • 1-on-1 Coaching -  An advanced approach to training that consists of a structured plan customized to your athletic background and schedule. The focus will be on development of all aspects of your running abilities while emphasizing safe progression towards your goal races. Unlimited communication with coaches.
     

  • Standard Coaching -  An introduction to a structured running/strength routine and standardized training plans tailored to a specific race distance. The focus will be safely adapt to new training systems. Communication with coaches as requested.
